Full Registration Fees include all
meals during conference hours (morning & afternoon tea and
lunches Monday-Friday), and conference materials. Full Conference
Registration also includes one ticket to the Welcome Reception
and Conference Gala Dinner.

for conference attendees at a discount rate of $185/night
($215-$245/ocean view). The Hilton Waikoloa Village will honor
the discount conference rate for FIRST for four (4) days prior and
four (4) days after the main program dates of June 23-28,2002,
subject to availability. You must mention that you are attending
the 14th annual FIRST Conference in order to receive the discount
rate.

Both the Registration Form and
Conference Information should be read as comprising the Terms and
Conditions of involvement in the 14th Annual FIRST
conference on Computer Security Incident Handling and Response.
Accommodation costs are not included in the
conference registration fee.
Conference registrations will not be confirmed
until the completed form and payment is received and processed by
CAPS, Ltd.
Confirmation of your registration and
accommodation booking will be sent via e-mail or post.
A list of all attendees, their institution and
e-mail addresses will be included in the delegate packs. The
e-mail addresses will also be used to circulate last minute
details and announcements of future FIRST events.
Attendance and participation at the FIRST
Annual General Meeting and FIRST Steering Committee meetings is
limited to FIRST team members and their invited guests, subject
to approval by the Steering Committee.
Capacity is limited to 400 attendees.
Registrants should obtain confirmation from the registration
office before committing to other travel arrangements.
Cancellation Policy - If you
cancel your registration before May 24th you will be
entitled to a 40% refund. Registrations cancelled after May 24th
will not be entitled to a refund.
Conference program is subject to change.
Registration at the conference will only be
accepted with a cash or credit card payment.
