The early fee US$1900 (US$1500 for members) will be available up until 18:00 GMT April 25. If payment has not been received by 18:00 GMT April 25, registrants will be charged the late fee US$2200 (US$1700 for members). This applies to registrants submitting purchase orders, bank/wire transfers, and checks.
Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration.
It has been recommended by the Canadian Border Agency that all attendees to the conference carry this letter along with their passports upon entry to Canada. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the conference coordination office registration@caps-ltd.com.

Conference participants requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the conference should contact the Conference Registration Office, first-2008@first.org. Please include your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Please note that this procedure aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference and is not an official invitation covering fees or other expenses. A letter of invitation does not imply any financial support from the conference.
