Early conference fee (by 18:00 GMT, April 25, 2009)	$1900 USD

Conference fee (after 18:00 GMT, April 25, 2009)	$2200 USD
Member conference fee (after 18:00 GMT, April 25, 2009)	$1800 USD

Late fee member and non-member (after 18:00 GMT, June 5, 2009)	$2400 USD

The Early fee US$1900 (US$1500 for members) will be available up until 18:00 GMT on April 25, 2009. If payment has not been received and confirmed by the Registration Office by 18:00 GMT April 25, 2009, registrants will be charged the Standard conference fee ($2200 USD). This applies to registrants submitting bank/wire transfers, checks, and credit card payments that are denied. Exceptions will be made for those requesting letters of invitation.

The Standard conference fee US$2200 (US$1800 for members) will be available up until 18:00 GMT on June 5, 2009. If payment has not been received by 18:00 GMT June 5, 2009, all non-payment standard registrations will be automatically removed from the registrant database. Exceptions will be given to attendees that require letters of invitation.

Registrations entered after 18:00 GMT June 5, 2009 will be considered Late registrations. The Late registration fee is $2400 USD. This applies to both members and non-members.

If you are an invited speaker or accepted speaker, the appropriate discount code will be sent to you.

Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration.

Payment must be made in USD.

How do I receive the Member discount of $400 USD?

You must be an official FIRST member in good standing. More about FIRST membership here...

To receive the member discount of $400 USD, please select "Yes" and select your Team on the online registration form. All registrant data will be reviewed by the FIRST Secretariat. If it is determined that you are either not a FIRST member, or a FIRST member in good standing, you will be contacted promptly for next action.

Member discount only applies for FULL Conference registration.

What does the full conference registration fee include?

• Attendance to all conference sessions (except closed meetings for which you must be qualified/authorized to attend)
• Morning & afternoon breaks and lunches during conference hours
• One ticket to the Welcome Reception Icebreaker and 1 ticket to the Conference Banquet
• All conference materials

What does the single day registration fee include?

• Attendance to all conference sessions the single day of attendance (except closed meetings for which you must be qualified/authorized to attend)
• Morning & afternoon breaks and lunches during conference hours
• One ticket to the Conference Banquet (if applicable)

On-site Registration

Payment of on-site registration must be made using a credit card. NO CASH will be accepted.

Visas & Letters of Invitation

Conference participants requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the conference should contact the Conference Registration Office, first-2009@first.org. Please include the following information:

1. Your full name as it appears in your passport
2. Complete mailing address as it appears in your passport
3. Job title/position and employer
4. Telephone number and/or fax number
5. Email address

Please note that this procedure aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference and is not an official invitation covering fees or other expenses. A letter of invitation does not imply any financial support from the conference.
