Important Presentation Dates

  • Draft Presentation or Talking Point Outline Due for Review: April 22, 2024
  • Final Presentations Due for Review: May 6, 2024
  • Provide Final Presentation Slides (Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides): May 22, 2024

Important Notice: Presentation Materials Submitted in Advance

Presentation slides should submitted no later than May 22. Due to the audio visual setup for live streams and recording, the AV vendor is requiring all presentation materials be submitted in advance of the conference. They will be using Windows PC laptops. If you have any video or sound requirements for your presentation, please be sure to provide those details to our event management team.

Speaker Ready Room at Conference

There will be a speaker ready room at the Fairmont where you can grab a coffee or water and prepare for your talk. The room name is TBD.

Last Minute Slide Modifications (if you plan to provide slides to the Event Staff vs bring your own)

If you have any modified presentation slides that need to be loaded last minute, please be sure to check-in with a FIRST Events team member at the registration desks to ensure the facility AV is ready for your presentation. If you are running extra late, please go directly to your session room and speak to your AV technician for assistance.
