Osaka 2018 FIRST Technical Colloquium
Abstract submission is CLOSED.
Over the past few years, the Internet of Things (IoT) has become an essential part of everyday life. From a security standpoint, protecting IoT devices and infrastructures that rely on IoT devices remains a challenge that we are all trying to tackle.
To this, FIRST Japan Teams (JFIRST) is hosting a 2 day Technical Colloquium in Osaka, Japan with the theme “Beyond IoT Security”, on March 14 - 16, 2018.
Osaka 2018 FIRST TC Program Committee at JFIRST is currently looking for speakers that would like to present on topics related to IoT security.
Some suggested topics are:
- Product security in general (development, deployment, patching, etc.)
- Securing safety critical devices (for example automobiles)
- Regulations related to IoT devices
- Malware
- Incident observation case studies
- Threats beyond IoT
For your submission, please provide the following information:
- Title
- Brief Summary (Abstract)
- Presenter's Name, Affiliation, and short biography
- Estimated Time (45 mins + 10 for questions is typical)
