Oslo 2016 FIRST Technical Colloquium & Training
Oslo (NO), 21 – 23 November, 2016
Telenor and KraftCERT, in cooperation with the Norwegian FIRST community, are happy to announce the talks and open the registration for the second FIRST TC in Oslo. Since the theme of the conference is security monitoring and incident response, and we're welcoming you in November during the dark Norwegian winter, we've decided to call the conference Cold Incident Response.
The conference lasts for two days, Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd, and it overlaps with the basic incident response course that we host on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd.
On Tuesday most talks will cover security monitoring topics, while on Wednesday the theme will be incident response.
There will be served tea, coffee and ice water during both days, and there will also be two servings of fruits each day. A simple lunch will also be provided free of cost, courtesy of KraftCERT.
We look forward to seeing you at Fornebu at Telenor Expo this November!
Update (1): Unfortunately Henrik Johansen from Region Syd in Denmark has had to cancel his appearance. But we're happy to announce that Jarno Niemelä, senior researcher at F-Secure, will be presenting instead.

During the evening on Tuesday we will arrange an informal conference dinner. When you sign up, please remember to indicate whether you will be attending that or not, so we can make reservations. The dinner is not sponsored. After dinner we plan on continuing socializing, and ThreatConnect has generously offered to sponsor "happy hour".
