Frédéric Fautrier had the honour of participating in the genesis of the Monegasque Digital Security Agency in 2013. He has worked there since its creation in 2016 and has been its director since 2021. He contributed to its development, the creation of CERT-MC, increasing the level of commitment of public and private partners, and supporting initiatives aimed at improving the level of maturity in cybersecurity in the Principality, particularly that of the country's critical infrastructures. Before his career in cybersecurity, he worked in Europe and Monaco for telecommunications operators. Mr. Fautrier holds an engineering degree from the University of Toulon and Var and is a graduate of Telecom SudParis.
Andre Oosterwijk is a Senior Security Specialist – Incident Response at KPN CERT. He has worked in the public sector from 1997-2015 in different roles related to Incident response and security analysis at the Ministry of Defence and the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC-NL). His first TF-CSIRT meeting was in 2007 and he is an active participant in the community since then. The past years Andre worked for several multinational companies on Incident Response/Forensics and SOC/CSIRT deployment. Since 2017, he is working at the Dutch telco KPN as part of the KPN-CERT team.
David Durvaux owns a master in applied sciences in computer sciences ("Ingénieur Civil informaticien") from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) with an orientation in computer networks, distributed applications and security. David is now working for CERT.be as Security Analyst and is a contributor to the AbuseHelper open-source project.
Dr.-Ing. Michael Spreitzenbarth graduated from the University of Mannheim with a degree in business informatics majoring in digital forensics and earned 2013 his doctor degree in mobile forensics and mobile malware detection from the University Erlangen-Nuremberg.
In his past, Michael was working as Senior Key Expert of the SiemensCERT and later structured and lead the Siemens CustomerCERT as key contact to support end customers in the event of security incidents and developed a portfolio to increase security in customer production environments. In this context he also worked as an auditor and red team member for internal facilities and products of Siemens. From 2018 to 2020 he was working as a Cyber Security Underwriter for Munich Re and assessed cyber risks in all industries (mainly within Europe and Latin Amerika). Since then Michael is working within the Group CISO office of Munich Re and is leading a team of SMEs responsible for the ISM and BCM control frameworks, red teaming, DLP and a significant part of the incident response function.
In his free time he is a hobby beekeeper and likes sailing and mountain biking.
Gregor Wegberg has been the Head of Digital Forensics & Incident Response at Oneconsult AG since 2020. With his team (OCINT-CSIRT), he has successfully managed numerous cyber incidents and advised companies on the prevention and management of cyber attacks. Gregor is a regular speaker and workshop leader, sharing his knowledge and experience at conferences. As an author in technical journals, he regularly writes articles that provide in-depth insights into the world of digital forensics, incident response, and cybersecurity.
Logan Wilkins currently leads a software engineering team in Cisco’s CSIRT, overseeing development programs related to incident detection and response, data management, and security metrics. Within FIRST he is the co-chair of the Metrics SIG and has served as a Candidate Sponsor for multiple groups. In addition to his experience in Cisco’s security organization, Logan has also worked in e-commerce, pharmaceutical drug discovery and was previously a high school teacher, giving countless students their first introduction to Computer Science.
Dr. Morton Swimmer is a researcher in the Forward-Looking Threat Research (FTR) team in Trend Micro Research. His focus is on future threats, especially Web3, machine learning and quantum computing.
Based in France, Olivier CALEFF has been involved in incident management and CSIRT-related organizations (FIRST, TF-CSIRT, CSIRTs Network, InterCERT-FR) since 1996. He contributed to setting up some CSIRTs in France and performed FIRST site visits to assess the maturity of the teams CSIRT. He is an advocate of OpenCSIRT Foundation’s SIM3 (Security Incident Management Maturity Model), and a SIM3 Certified Auditor.
Ruben is a cyber security professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field. He has held different roles at Telecom, Gov, and Financial industries in investigations (cyber, ethics, fraud), incident response, cyber exercises, and readiness, among others, being grateful for having led multicultural teams at different countries and regions. He is an Information Systems engineer and MBA, graduated from Tec de Monterrey (Mexico). Ruben has also achieved multiple certifications, such as CISSP, EnCE, GSTRT, GCIH, etc. After a short season in Dublin, he’s now living with his family and dog in Madrid, enjoying the great Spanish cuisine, trekking routes, and better weather.
